I’m at this time using 4 norco daily..I don’t drink or smoke. Ive taken ambien 5mg and that helps but it’s not a good idea for seniors Which is no longer prescribed for me. Via no sleep and continuously working with pain I’m lacking energy and enthusiasm for every day things to do. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated..regards Maggie
